Osdanelli Cubilla

With over 15 years of experience in the maritime industry, Osdanelli Cubilla has developed deep expertise in the Panamanian Ships Registry, working across both the private and public sectors. She is recognized for her precision, efficiency, and thorough understanding of maritime administrative processes.

Osdanelli began her career at one of Panama’s most respected law firms, where she served as a Legal Assistant in the Naval Department. During this time, she managed a range of critical procedures, including vessel registrations, patent and radio license renewals, mortgage registrations and cancellations, and the registration of ship security companies.

In 2015, she transitioned to the public sector, joining the Panama Maritime Authority as a Ships Registry Analyst. In her current role, she is responsible for verifying and approving registration processes. She maintains direct coordination with maritime law firms, Panamanian consulates, ship managers, and vessel owners to ensure full compliance with national and international maritime regulations.

Osdanelli holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Business from the Universidad de Panamá, Faculty of Business. Her ongoing contributions continue to support the integrity and global standing of Panama’s ship registry system.
